Michelle Coombe

Veterinary epidemiologist, Office of the Chief Veterinarian, BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food

Dr. Michelle Coombe is a veterinary epidemiologist who works at the Office of the Chief Veterinarian, in the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food. Her PhD was on the surveillance of avian influenza viruses in wild waterfowl using environmental samples. She’s excited to help continue moving One Health AMR work forward in BC.
